Information collected when making inquiries

The email address of the reply recipient, the name of the person requesting it, and the details of the inquiry will be used to respond to requests for disclosure of seller information. The entered information will be sent as an email to the seller and will be stored for the period necessary for correspondence and recording. There is no process to write the input contents of the form to the access log.

Records for safe use

A temporary identification value based on the connection source IP is used to limit spam and unauthorized access. IP, date and time, access destination, etc. may be recorded in the hosting provider's access log. Please do not include the inquiry text or confidential information in the URL.

Cookies and external communication

We use session cookies to prevent unauthorized form submissions and to process purchases. This sales page does not have its own advertising or behavior measurement tags. Typefaces and images are distributed from our own site, and there is no communication to go to Google Fonts etc. to obtain them.

Handling after payment starts

Enter your card information on the Stripe payment screen. This site does not store card numbers. The purchaser's email address, product name, amount, order/payment identification information, license information, site registration identifier, and confirmation code transmission/input history will be used to provide the product, confirm the purchaser's identity, purchase email, reacquisition, and respond to unauthorized use and refunds. Verification codes expire after a short period of time and store the match value and number of attempts rather than the code itself. Purchase information will be stored outside of public areas and retained for as long as necessary for provision and recording.
